OUR HISTORY
In the early 20th century, young Otello Parisini began his apprenticeship as a saddler in Bologna, perfecting his skills in crafting horse harnesses.
With the end of the First World War, Otello decided to start his own business, opening a small workshop and thus founding Parisini Pelletterie.
Production aligned with the rapidly changing times: suitcases and travel bags made of English leather, joined in the early 1930s by professional bags and belts.
Since then, Parisini has experienced constant expansion up to the current fourth generation, guardians of a purely Italian leather-making tradition. After more than a century, Otello’s philosophy remains unchanged: to create leather accessories made with the utmost care and unmistakable elegance and quality, characteristics that distinguish the true Made in Italy.
Currently, following the growing demand of recent years, production is dedicated entirely to belts, for both men and women, which stand out for their quality and wide customization options.

We employ a diverse array of premium materials, including full-grain calfskin, vegetable-tanned leather, fabric, and canvas combined with leather, as well as interwoven leather and elastic bands.
Our buckles are crafted from a selection of materials such as brass, stainless steel, and zamak, each with characteristics that allow for global distribution.
We place great emphasis on selecting only the finest components for our belts. The leathers, metal accessories, and finishing products we use are all environmentally friendly.
